Bardo with 2.08 i got lots of ctd exiting abttle windows( 1 time every 4-5 battles. I use as resolution1920x1090 as I have a large screen is that unsupported one? and is that the problem?

There should not be any crash at all when you play battles. This patch seems very stable in all my tests and you should be able to play a whole camapign without CTDs.

The main cause of problems is incompatibility with previous patches. Before installing 2.08, remember:

# If you install it over v2.06, you need to remove these files:
\alexander\lotrtw\data\descr_items.txt
\alexander\lotrtw\data\descr_items.db

# If you have 2.07 installed, you would need to delete the whole folder alexander/lotrtw/data
and then to reinstall Open Beta 2.0, before installing this 2.08 patch.

If this is not the cause, it seems some people suffer crashes with some resolutions, but I guess the main cause of CTDs is a wrong installation.
If you are going to test the resolution, I suggest to save before a battle where the game crashes, and then: to test the lower resolution, and all low setting. If it still crashes this way, I don't think the video options is the problem.

Hello, i have a next trouble, when i want start the new campaign in the loadscreen shows "Summer" 1 turn, this shouldnt be happen right?
And when the game is load the mod make CTD. What i must do? Whats happen?

"Summer" 1 turn while loading is ok.

Current list of known Crash To Desktop (CTD) causes:
-CTD at the start of a new campaign, just when the campaign map appears. Caused by a corrupted "advice" file.
It is fixed by removing these two files:

\alexander\lotrtw\data\world\maps\campaign\Alexander\map.rwm
\alexander\lotrtw\preferences\advice
(don't worry, the game will generate a new one)

Not a pain at all, I'm glad you ask us to add more info about this mod in your site... but I'm not english speaker, nor the original creator of the mod.

I would suggest somethink like:

Total conversion for Rome Total War based on The Lord of the Rings trilogy, that allows the player to replicate the epic battles seen in the movies.
It includes a campaign, historical battles, remodeled cities and scenarios, wide variety of units and factions, and the possibility to control all the heroes who participated in the decisive War of the Ring.
